SQL, SSRS, T-SQL Lead the Database Developer Team (Requires little supervision) Provide technical leadership for all database based products and services Expertise in database schema design and maintenance Well versed in data security best-practices in all phases: isolation, configuration, design and structure, permissions, encryption and coding techniques Architect backend database applications to analyze and interpret large amounts of data, including partitioning, replication, etc. Experience designing and tuning highly-available and high-volume transactional database Formulate best practice solutions and frameworks to support business capabilities Oversee and support database and server performance in all environments Highly proficient with SQL and T-SQL structure and tuning, including use of indexes, relationships, constraints, database configuration, etc. Proficient at interpreting query execution plans, reviewing data within tables and recommending indexing strategies Experience with establishing methods for base-lining database performance, availability, integrity, and security, and measuring improvements with changes Define and implement strategy around ensuring all environments are in sync without compromising work in progress Work with analysts and architects to define database requirements and optimize data models Thanks & Regards, Prasad Mamidela | Technical Recruiter | Cigniti Inc.
