The Project Manager/Scrum Master will lead a dynamic and complex IT integration and implementation effort and will serve as the Senior Team Member, responsible for overseeing all task activities in support of the customer. He/She will be responsible for ensuring that all activities assigned to the Scrum team are performed in a timely manner with minimal technical debt, while maintaining the highest quality of performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for: · Leading a scrum team to perform planning, development, and testing on a large software development, implementation and integration project. · Conduct all Scrum related activities, including sprint planning, daily scrum meetings, sprint retrospective, and client demos. · Interface with stakeholders and product owners on an active basis to manage product backlog and sprint activities. · Remove obstacles and manage risks to enable team efficiency and effectiveness. · Maintain relevant metrics that help the team see how they are doing, and leveraging metrics to continuously improve the team’s efficiency and performance. · Liaising between developers/testers and project stakeholders; fostering quality communication between engineering disciplines. · Ensure appropriate staffing for assigned projects or tasks. · Provide appropriate oversight on the team’s progress to ensure delivery is on time. · Ensure all scrum activities are tracked, and kept up-to-date, and reported on a daily basis. · Ensure product quality and timeliness of efforts.
