Duration: 6 months Have to join in 1 week time MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE At least 4 years of experience as a database specialist playing a key technical role in successful data center optimization / virtualization / consolidation projects. 4+ years of experience and expertise with Microsoft SQL database Administration and Development, Microsoft SQL networking and Multi-site replication (SQL 2005 – SQL 2012) Must have experience maintaining enterprise clustered SQL Server infrastructure including strong experience with backups, restore and security. Self-motivated who takes initiative and works well in a team environment with the ability to meet deadlines. Experience with high availability and disaster recovery solutions and tools, including clustering, load balancing Experience with Windows 2003, 2008, SharePoint, Oracle, Microsoft Project, Exchange Strong management, collaboration and team building skills and demonstrated experience working with both technical and non-technical staff Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, prior experience interfacing with executive level management, creating and giving senior level presentations. Excellent analytic, organizational, and facilitation skills, with proven ability to manage multiple tasks, resolve or escalate issues and risk, direct priorities and make decisions, all under tight deadlines.
