The Salesforce Technical Lead is responsible for the technical quality and delivery of the software solution for an enterprise-wide federal grants management solution using Salesforce.com (SaaS). The technical lead is responsible for the translation and construction of complex business problems into sound technical solutions based on his/her understanding of the Salesforce platform; Understand Force.com product's features, technology, functions, constraints and limitations and accordingly guide the design and development to minimize configurations and customization while still meeting business and technical needs Lead the design and review of technical architecture, including logical, physical, data and infrastructure. Review and contribute to technical development of all aspects of the solution Manage and assist in setup and configuration of tools and technologies across all project environments (including, but not limited, to development, test and production) Define technical requirements for all stakeholders Ensure data migration and integration with other IT applications to support business goals Participate in planning and implementing System Testing and UAT for each individual rollout and major implementation *Skills Required:* Design and implement technical solution to support business application Design and implementation of infrastructure to support applications, including implementation and management of development, test and production environments. Knowledge of the full system development lifecycle Contribution to the infrastructure architecture and application of technologies within infrastructure Contribution to the design and implementation of the business solution.
