Please find the below JD and send the profiles to* j...@ussoftwarepro.com <j...@ussoftwarepro.com>* Title : Sr. *Hyperion* Planning consultant Location: Dallas, TX Duration : Long Term We are looking for a *Hyperion* Planning Senior consultant with the following experience highlights either being directly met or indirectly met through experience with other systems that can serve as a foundation for building upon within the *Hyperion* stack. *Hyperion* *Planning* and Budgeting - specifically the Public Sector *Planning* and Budgeting application model - Support existing *Planning* and Budgeting application which includes functionality for the Annual Budget as well as the Monthly Forecasting operations. - Both of these areas will require knowledge of the following: - *Hyperion* forms - develop, provision - Business Rules (Calculation Manager) - write, debug, build, deploy, provision, execute - Application and User Management through Shared Services Console and Life Cycle Management - *Hyperion* Financial Reporting - maintain current report model and build new reports as needed. - Includes an existing build-out of Annual Budget Book process, modifying and amending this process as needed - Building and executing book collections through batches and the batch scheduler - Post production activities assembling PDF resources using Acrobat (Pro/Standard) - Dimension maintenance - Data Integration using FDMEE - support existing load rules, resolve load issues when they arise, extend setup as needed - SmartView - Lead the effort to build out the Human Capital Plan - In addition to the general support items outlined in the prior section, this activity requires (ideally) experience within all of the following items: - HCP implementation with Oracle E-Business as the HRMS data source - Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) - hands on experience - Oracle E-Business, specifically with HRMS data and GL data - Outline Load Utility - specifically with crafting command line executions or batch file series to do metadata and data loads and extracts - End User functional experience with the PSPB-HCP application design - including all personnel actions that can be executed - Administrator functional experience with the PSPB-HCP application design - including the administration and development of tasks, task lists, menu items - Play and integral role in Oracle EPM version upgrades - System is currently on 11.1.2.3.500 - Future upgrade releases require buy-in from both Finance and the Office of Management and Budget - Work with department leadership to determine if the upgrade is a good fit for both operations - Work with IT department to execute upgrade - Handle all post upgrade activities, including application re-builds if needed Departmental Process Support - - Payroll Process - prepare payroll data output from Oracle Discoverer that analysts will use in preparing monthly forecasts - Web site - maintain updates to the department's website, currently using Microsoft Expression4 - Oracle Data Loaders - using DL utility to automate data input in Oracle E-Business.
