*Netezza/Hadoop Admin* *Location: Minneapolis, MN* *Duration: 1 Year* Phone Screen Hire Immediate Need *Hadoop and Unix are important. Netezza is the main skill set* Individual in this position will provide administration and support of multiple HADOOP systems for a variety of mission-critical custom and packaged software applications. Should have strong time management skills and ability to pick up new concepts in a rapidly growing and evolving technology and business. *Required experiences:* · 5 + years in the Information Technology profession · Provide DBA services for MPP systems (such as Greenplum, *Netezza*, Teradata and/or Vertica) · *1 + year working with MPP and/or Hadoop systems* · *3 + years of UNIX administration* · 3 + years working as a DBA · Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously · Broad knowledge of relational database technologies · Ability to pick up new technologies and concepts in a rapidly growing and evolving business · Willingness and ability to participate in on-call rotation *Preferred experiences:* · MapR Hadoop Administration · Cloudera, Greenplum, Hortonworks, MapR, Netezza, PivotHD, PostgreSQL, Teradata, and/or Vertica · Hadoop administration · MapR/Pivotal HD/Cloudera/Hortonworks (Hadoop Administration ) · Greenplum/PostreSQL/Teradata/Vertica (MPP Appliance Administration) · EMC Data Domain · Cloud/Virtual environments · RDBMS DBA experience -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP Workflow" group.
