*General Summary:*
Provide application support and assistance in system setup, database
maintenance, system security, system and management reporting, application
analysis primarily to corporate applications in Human Resources, Finance,
Tax, Treasury and Operations.
*Responsibilities:*
· Provide consulting and support for system maintenance and enhancements
· Projects that are moderately complex and can involve interfaces across
diverse hardware platforms.
· Assist in performing system, integration and functional verification
tests as needed
· Troubleshoot issues with existing or developed systems
· Research problems and evaluate solutions
· Perform other duties or tasks as required
· 5 years minimum experience
· Experience of SQL Server Administration, Windows OS and MS Office suite
*Skills: *
· SQL Server - big focus, T SQL
· Write SQL Statements (stored procedures)
· Know what/where to look up information.
· Basic networking knowledge
· Good Excel skills and decent writing VBA formulas
*What will they be doing exactly? *
· Some testing of new programs (like online Open Enrollment).
· Some phone work with field/vendors, but mostly will be assisting the
hiring manager.
· Ability to troubleshoot issues and resolve successfully.
· Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
