Please send resumes to ch...@genuineitllc.com Job Title: SharePoint Project Manager/Functional Lead Location: Richmond, Virginia Duration: 6 to 12 months Rate: $65/hr on c2c2 *The SharePoint Project Manager/Functional Lead position includes the following: *• Lead, analyze, design, and document the enterprise requirements definition for a SharePoint 2013 and K2 blackpearl-based enterprise document management system to apply across all divisions including document taxonomies, metadata, retention/destruction, usage patterns, etc. • Work with multiple client stakeholders to understand and capture their enterprise document management requirements. Bring expertise in content management to help refine the requirements, suggest improvements, and drive the Client’s transformation of their enterprise document management process. • Provide project management oversight to two concurrent teams implementing the enterprise document management solution across all divisions of the organization. Manage tasks and timelines for each team. • Provide functional expertise and leadership to the design of the solution on the enterprise and divisional level. • Work with other CGI members and client staff to design components for a SharePoint and K2 blackpearl-based enterprise document management solution. This includes analyzing the usage of documents (including document taxonomies, metadata, retention/destruction, usage patterns, etc) and providing expertise on how to effectively apply them to an enterprise document management system. • Provide support, leadership, and oversight to the requirements, use case, and design document process for the divisional implementations. • Provide support, leadership, and oversight to CGI-led test efforts, including Functional Test and Browser Compatibility Test. • Support the completion of go-live preparation activities and conduct post go-live support of the solution when requested.
