*Job Title : Java Developer with SOA ExperienceLocation : Chicago, ILDuration : 4-6+Months ContractRequirements:* Must be result-oriented and comfortable delivering in an Agile, iterative development environment. SOA and Enterprise level projects exp Expertise in server-side java development and use of distributed caching using Ehcache. Exposure to compute/data grids such as GridGain nice to have. Expert knowledge of Spring Framework including components such as MVC, Integration, Core, JDBC/ORM, Instrumentation and Spring Test. Pivotal TC server nice to have. Deep expertise in Java 8, and the use of generics, executor framework, NIO, optimized collections and garbage handling and experience creating application framework layers. Experience with REST, JSON, XML and Apache Axis2/CXF. Expertise with Test-driven-development, JUnit and Mockito or equivalent frameworks and code coverage tools. Solid experience with SDLC methodologies; Agile/Scrum preferred. Familiarity with processes and solutions for Front/Middle/ Back-Office and knowledge of various Financial Products, Asset Classes, Derivatives, Listed and OTC Instruments desirable. Must be able to work closely with business users and SMEs to understand the business drivers and create solutions to address business needs. Must have a service-oriented mindset, a strong work ethic and high degree of integrity. Self-starter with drive, initiative and appetite to solve complex business problems through the application of technology. Must have outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, strong listening skills and solid presentation skills.
