*Technical Skills:*

·         Microsoft BizTalk, Microsoft .Net, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and
Microsoft SharePoint



*Essential Duties and Responsibilities:*

·         Maintenance and configuration of the BizTalk server.

·         Analyze business, functional, and non-functional requirements to
create technical design and unit test strategy documents.

·         Design, test, and implement BizTalk solutions based on
requirements provided from the Office of Volunteer Recruitment and
Selection (OVRS) and the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO).

·         Design artifacts that follow the technical standards and
guidelines

·         Work with staff to define solutions and implement those solutions
according to the agreed upon design.

·         Use Microsoft Visual Studio (version 2012 or higher) to develop
BizTalk artifacts and C# helper classes to enable integration with external
partners.

·         Use Microsoft Visual Studio (version 2012 or higher) to develop
BizTalk artifacts and C# helper classes to enable integration with several
systems including Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Oracle.

·        Monitor and control routing of message exchange between services
·        Resolve contention between communicating service components
·        Control deployment and versioning of BizTalk services
·        Cater for commodity services like event handling, data
transformation and mapping, message and event queuing and sequencing,
security or exception handling, protocol conversion and enforcing proper
quality of communication service

·         Actively transfer knowledge and mentor staff members on various
aspects of BizTalk administration, configuration, and development.

·         Report to the COR for guidance and approval on all matters
related to this tasking.

·        Provide weekly status updates to the COR in written format on
their progress on projects and other duties assigned.
