Our Client is looking for a* QA Tester (Health Care) Position, for *a*
Contract project* for a *Rancho Cordova, CA ,* *Kindly* *Share your resume*
*Job Title                              : QA Tester (Health Care)*
* Job Location                     : Rancho Cordova, CA*
*Duration                             : 6+ Months*

We are looking for testers who understand the QA discipline. We want
individuals who feel testing is their career, not just a stepping stone to
something else. We also want someone who can bring best practice and
thought leadership around desktop patching testing to Health Net.


   - *Experienced in testing desktop patches*
   - *Experienced using Quality Center and automation.*
   - Proficient in creating and refining processes so strong verbal,
   written and people skills are a must.
   - Clearly communicate technical issues to non-technical personnel.
   - Deliver technical end user support over the phone, remote control
   access or desk side support.
   - Requires some systems analysis and organization skills
   - Interview users to collect information concerning problems and lead
   - Users through diagnostic procedures to determine source of error and
   resolve the issues
   - Ability to manage difficult or emotional customer situations.
   - *Ability to use Lotus Notes to communicate with end users*
   - Solicit customer feedback to help improve services
   - Daily maintain detailed documentation on all issues handled
   - Acts with a sense of urgency and able to meet compressed time
   timelines.
   - Working knowledge of vendor products (Microsoft Office, Adobe Flash,
   Adobe Reader, Oracle Java)
   - Ability to navigate to vendor website to review support documentation
   - Read, understand and apply complex technical information.
   - Ability to install a software program
   - Thorough knowledge of PC hardware
   - Experience troubleshooting Windows 7 Operating systems in an
   enterprise environment
   - Demonstrates good problem solving, application and Desktop support
   skills
   - Work with minimal supervision while providing professional customer
   support
