Works under general supervision. Position will require candidates that are well versed in Oracle performance tuning techniques in order to optimize complicated SQL queries. Additional responsibilities include managing scripts for entire Dev team as it relates to product releases. Scripts will be provided to the infrastructure team to execute in higher environments, but the candidate must be available to support deployments as needed. All client migrations scripts (moving from version A to version B of our Product) will be handled by this person. Experience working with a column based DB is a big plus, as we are exploring utilizing column stores going forward. Development DB Admin needed.
