Write process documents for internal team · Help plan and assist in the transition of environment management from customer resource to our internal team · Ensure adherence to corporate data security requirements for the storage, transportation and retention of data. · Manage and patch, hotfix and upgrade installations. · 6+ years’ experience using BI suites (Business Objects, Cognos, QlikView OBIEE, Tableau, MSFT, etc.) · B.S.
