*Job Title: Organizational Change Management professionalsLocation:Columbus, OHDuration: 2 Years Contract* Job Description: The Lead will be the primary point of contact - will be more managerial than hands on. Must be able to speak to where the entirety of the project is to upper management. The Lead will be the point person. The other 4 people will be responsible for the full scope of OCM Activities Leadership Alignment/Stakeholder Management Communication planning and delivery Organizational readiness Training (Planning development and delivery) They are not looking for PMs who have dabbled in OCM projects. The want OCM Professionals. While they prefer local candidates, because of the relative small population of OCM consultants, they will consider non-local candidates. Goal is to start interviewing next Thursday. Phone interviews if non-local. In person for local. Will consider a more junior person, but they must be a superstar. The overall OCM lead will need to be extremely experienced as they will be coordinating and ultimately responsible for the entire enterprise wide program.
