Following is the requirement for a Level 1 support engineer who will be
performing the following activities for the Client's new datacenter.  They
should have systems working experience and good experience in *Citrix and
VMWare technologies* and their virtualized functions. *Client will provide
a brief training also.*



*Desktop Support (Citrix and VMWare)*

*Main tasks will be :*

Monitoring (alarms, incidents, health checks, outage management and
escalation)
Service impact prevention
Trends and reports (Stats, reports, KPI’s tracking)
Periodical maintenance management
Assets records and mapping
Proactive S/W distribution
Provisioning of enterprise service requests (Claud assets and services)
Capacity monitoring and analysis
L1/L1.5 knowledge management (E.g. Wiki etc…)
Maintain cloud processes (e.g. workflows)
Provide high level training needs from other groups on selected topics
