*Senior SAP MDM /MDG Consultant*
A well-established company is seeking to hire and experienced Senior SAP
Master Data Governance /Management Process & Procedures Consultant to join
a progressive IT Organization for a 3 to 6 month plus contract with option
to extend in the Anaheim area. The client is currently embarking on a new
implementation across multiple divisions and is in need of a Senior MDM and
MDG Consultant with a minimum of 2 to 3 plus end to end MDG implementations
and preferably within a company with multiple divisions. The successful
candidate needs to be able to strategize and communicate initial phase of
the project, has very good written and verbal presentation skills,
experience working with diverse teams across geography, program level
updates to senior executives required. Also needs to have the ability to
apply SAP recommended best practices for deploying MDG throughout an
organization successfully. Capable of taking personal initiative to
self-direct when provided guidance.
- They will provide recommendations on MDG software tools and products.
- Must have experience implementing Master Data Governance (MDG) and its
associated tools
- Create MDG policies and procedures to be used by the client
- Set up and document necessary processes.
- Provide recommendations on MDG software tools that may be available,
other than SAP?s MDM product.
*Minimum Qualifications:*
- 10+ year of total experience, with at least 5+ years of work
experience in MDM, including 2-3 full lifecycle MDM implementations
- At least 2 to 3 plus end to end MDG implementations required.
Knowledge of SAP Master Data (Material, customer, Vendor) and
understanding of SAP ECC and SAP CRM.
- Experience as an SAP MDM Administrator in a productive support
environment
- Understanding of SAP Netweaver architecture, MDM JAVA API and Web
Dynpro
- Capture Business and technical requirements for workflow, data flow
during the business workflow, approval (and rejection) processes and rules,
roles and responsibilities distributed across the Workflow, notification,
delegation and escalation rules and processes related to master data
- Perform evaluation study for Workflow complexity ? for possibility to
perform process harmonization and simplification exercises
- Analyze possibilities to stream-line existing master data business
processes
- Identify functional Gaps and identify additional implementation afford
that is necessary to fulfill business requirements
- Identify common components and deviations in business processes
- Analyze data governance model and identify the data ownership in the
organization
- Based on gathered information build up the solution that reflects
stream-line processes in data creation, amend and other business processes
related to data governance
- During the implementation phase monitor the been implemented solution

- Excellent functional and technical skills in implementing SAP Master
Data Management Solution using MDG Toolkit and other tools available in the
market place
- Preferred MDM/MDG experience in multiple domains of data management
such as Data Migration, Data Quality, Data Architecture, Data Management,

*SAP P2P Program Manager*
Program Manager, SAP Procure to Pay (P2P) position will be responsible for
leading strategy, establishment, and execution of various initiatives
related to Operational Procurement and Invoice to Pay business capabilities
to join a progressive IT Organization within the Irvine Metro area as
either a Consultant role with option or Hire or full-time. The role will be
responsible for planning and overseeing a portfolio of projects sponsored
by the Corporate Financial Services division. The individual selected will
have a strong project management background and hands-on experience
implementing procure-to-pay solutions. Experience developing a
business-architecture strategy, balancing diverse business needs from
various divisions of the company with centralized financial services to
drive productivity and maximize business efficiencies. Previous experience
with the following would be necesasry: P2P, SAP MM, Supply Chain, FICO.
Thorough experience with SAP?s broad spectrum of existing Procure to Pay
applications is highly desired. This includes solutions gained through
acquisition and integrated third-party partner solutions.
The primary responsibilities include:
- Overseeing a portfolio of projects, understanding interdependencies,
resource constraints, and other factors that could impact one or many
projects from achieving their objectives
- As a member of the Corporate and Planning Applications team the
Program Manager will also be responsible for directly managing projects
from project scoping and definition to its successful completion
- Will manage a portfolio of projects with typically more than one
active project at a time and other project managers assisting based on
criticality and need
- Define approach, tools, and processes used to support customer and web
related projects
- Manage day-to-day execution of project implementations: planning,
tracking, documentation, status updates and issue escalation
- Manage project budgets and forecasts
- Create consolidated program milestones, interdependencies, and
communication plans
- Lead meetings with stakeholders to provide updates, escalate key
issues and potential delays, drive decision-making to move forward key
tasks and eliminate bottlenecks
- Manage reporting and resolution of issues, risks and dependencies,
proactively identifying potential planning gaps, suggesting mitigations to
risks, actions to close issues or complete open items
- Lead in identification of functional requirements and assist the
business analysts in translating business requirements into specific
technical specifications
- Effectively work with IT delivery managers and business sponsors to
gain necessary resources and support other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- 4-year Bachelor?s Degree or equivalent in Finance or Accounting,
Supply Chain, or IT/computer science-related.
- 5+ years of experience working as a Project Manager in IT or Supply
Chain-related technologies.
- 5+ years of SAP MM, FICO, P2P including SAP systems implementation
experience for mid-size to Fortune 500 organizations utilizing proven
project management processes and framework.
- Experience in managing medium to large projects and programs with
concurrent tracks of strategy and/or implementation schedule.
- Ability to manage the team through entire project lifecycle to
include: requirements analysis, conceptual design, detailed design,
development and configuration, quality assurance and testing, and training.
- Understanding of data modeling, data mapping and/or data conversion.
- Ability to work closely with senior IT and business leaders to ensure
that delivery expectations are developed, managed and met.
- Strong critical thinking skills, including system and business
analysis, problem analysis and resolution. Must be able to understand
technical concepts of the system environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and a customer
service attitude. Must be extremely well organized and thorough. The ideal
candidate sees every problem or issue as a potential opportunity; strive
for continual process improvement and approach daily tasks with a positive
attitude and deep desire to elevate the customer experience.
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Microsoft Project experience
- Proven track record of being responsible for delivering complex
projects and/or programs spanning the full lifecycle from proposal
development to post-implementation close-out
- Demonstrated ability to build high-performing project teams by
effectively leading and providing work direction for others.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and direct teams (employees and

A well-established dynamic growing organization that distributes and
manufactures recreational vehicles has an exciting Consulting opportunity
for a Senior SAP EPM Specialist Consultant, preferably with SAP ECC 6.0 to
maintain and support SG&A budgeting/forecasting system on a 3 to 6 month
contract assignment with option to extend in the Cypress, CA area.
EPM 10.0 has been implemented but this position will require the qualified
individual to review the existing configuration and technical design. This
individual will identify and update as appropriate needed functional and/or
technical changes to obtain an optimal system. A plan will also be devised
for on-going user and system support. Additionally this individual must be
capable of working independently with minimum supervision.
Job responsibilities:
- Working with system business owners to understand business
requirements
- Reviewing the existing EPM configuration and updating as needed to
support user requirements and an optimal functional system design
- Template and report writing
- Security and profile maintenance
- Retraction of data from EPM to ECC

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years? experience with SAP EPM 10.0/BPC which
include good all-around technical and functional knowledge
- Bachelor's Degree in related field of study
- Candidate must have:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with key
business users, SAP team members and management
- Highly motivated and capable individual that is detailed oriented
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Experience with SAP ECC would be nice
