*.Net Architect / Tech Lead* *Location : Westchester County, NY* *Duration : 6+ Months * *Candidates *MUST* be local (NY, NJ, CT).* *Job description and required skills:* · Works with the Project Managers, Business Analysts & matrix IT teams (including offshore development team) to deliver key business projects and initiatives, as well as support existing OMS & billing solutions in over 15 markets globally. · Work with solution architects, participate in development activities using .NET, C++, SQL, WCF and SOA framework. · Manage the development activities and deliverables on time with client satisfaction in an international working environment with matrix resources in difference locations and time zones · Responsible for analyzing and documenting business needs, system integration, solution design / mapping & data requirements · Support system implementation activities by developing and executing test cases, participating in defect tracking and coordinating implementation tasks with various IT teams · Ensure adherence to Company's Comprehensive Delivery Process, for managing business analysis tasks and required deliverables and documentation. *Education level and/or relevant experience(s) * · BA or BS in Business, Computer Science or related field. The candidate must have 5 years of overall related experience in systems support, business analysis and document requirements for systems, and write related project documentation such as statement of work, functional requirement, test scripts etc.. · Participated in large scale, complex system implementation · Familiar with general OMS and Billing processes · Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision on own or in a team and to deadlines *Knowledge and skills (general and technical) * *General:* · A broad business knowledge and understanding of the OMS & Billing processes and procedures · Hands on programming · Strong knowledge and understanding of CDP or System Development Life Cycle · Ability to communicate technical terminology in clear and simple terms to customers and business partners.
