*Location               : Green bay, WI*
*Duration              : 9  months*



*Min. 8 years of Business Analyst Experience.*
*Technology skills - Mandatory*
ü  Knowledge of WebCenter Portal 11.1.1.8.3 (needed to provide limitation
of the tool when designing solutions).
ü  8+ years – Experience with creating Use Case Design, Process Flow
Diagrams and other functional design documents.
ü  8+ years – Experience with UI/UX Design (including wireframe
development).
ü  8+ years – Experience with designing navigation paths and strategies.
ü  8+ years – Experience with creating testing scripts and managing the
execution of integration testing.
ü  Prior experience with designing Intranets.
ü  Lead other supporting Business Analysts with requirement gathering and
design techniques for Intranets using WebCenter Portal.

*Technology skills – Nice to have:*
ü  Experience with designing Branding/Skinning.
ü  Experience with responsive design web development practices for mobile
devices.
ü  Understanding of Oracle OAM and its integration with WebCenter Portal.

*Roles & Responsibilities:*
ü  Works with SFI Functional SME’s and SFI IS Lead Performers to confirm
all requirements (functional and non-functional) and use cases are
understood, documented, and approved.
ü  Works with SFI Functional SME’s to determine “need to have” and “nice to
have” requirements and use cases.
ü  Leads and documents gap analysis on requirements and use cases.
ü  Accountable for creating functional design documents (use cases, as-is
process flows, to-be process flows).
ü  Responsible for negotiating compromises with the business if/when
requirements exceed doability.
ü  Accountable for UI design (branding/wireframes) – not development.
ü  Tracks & communicates all issues during business testing.
ü  Accountable for issue triage (steps to reproduce/business priority).
ü  Responsible for understanding tool functionality and communicating
capabilities to the business.
