(No phone or Skype interviews).* For Further information regarding the job or to apply please contact (Zaid Mohammed) at 412-450-1316 Ext: 115 or z...@shstinc.com <z...@shstinc.com> *Responsibilities*: Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering • Work with employees, vendors and business partners to document business workflows. • Translate business workflows into application functional requirements. • Ideal candidate should be equally strong functionally as they are technically. • Ability to navigate a non-technical company who needs help in developing business solutions using technology. *Application Development* • Design, build and test application solutions that meet functional requirements. • Develop solutions using the corporate technology architecture. • Provide support on all software problems and document resolutions for future reference. • Perform software installations and configuration changes. • Provide recommendations on company software purchases. *Technical Qualifications: * • Bachelor’s degree Computer Science or related area (or equivalent work experience). • Junior to Mid-level candidate with 2 – 5 years of previous experience developing enterprise. • Ideal candidate will have worked in one of the .Net frameworks between 3.5 4.0 and 4.5 • Excellent experience developing applications leveraging Microsoft SQLServer 2008 and 2012. Including Advanced report development and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS). • Creation and maintenance of SQL Server Integrations Services (SSIS) packages which move & manipulate data between various enterprise systems. • Experience developing applications using Microsoft .NET technologies including C#. • Experience developing batch based applications. • Ability to develop under various development methodologies, including SDLC, or Agile. • Experience utilizing Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2012. • Experience utilizing Microsoft Team Foundation Server, TFS. • Experience developing custom web parts and workflows within an onsite 2013 SharePoint Server is a plus. • Experience developing ASP.NET <http://asp.net/> is not required but is considered a plus. • Translate business requirements from a variety of users into technical design documents for report and schema specifications using Visio, Project, or other similar tools, and provide feedback on their requirements vs. their stated goals. • Experience writing advanced T-SQL, creating complex stored procedures, triggers, and functions, and performance tuning of SQL queries. • Mentor less knowledgeable developers in the department, make suggestions to department management as to opportunities for professional development and provide input for performance reviews. • Ability to operate in a cooperative development team, follows established coding & testing practices, and recommends new practices to the team where none is available or a better option exists. • Provide clear and constructive communication and presentations when working with project managers and department heads, which have varying degrees of technical comprehension, to arrive at an understanding of the direction needed & the best ways of achieving project goals. • Adeptness to "own" projects through creation and continually maintain responsibility. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP Workflow" group.
