*Position Description:*
This position will create and execute detailed test plans and scripts to
verify software functionality and adherence to business requirements.
Responsibilities will also include end-to-end testing of credit card
campaigns, with the customer experience in mind, testing Tsys
functionality, and testing customer touch points (web, phone, etc.)
*Required Skills:*
- 5 years of experience as a QA Analyst, Project Manager, Programmer
Analyst, or closely related position
- Knowledge of Software Testing tools such Quality Centre to create Test
strategies/Test Cases and retrieve data from Test environment required
- Work experience in the financial services industry
- Experience with 1 of the following:
- Knowledge of TSYS Platform is a preferred
- Knowledge of Credit Card Pricing Support and End to End Campaign
testing
- Alternatively candidate can have customer marketing experience with
extensive QA in customer experience domain
*Bonus Skills:*
- Knowledge of SQL, QTP, VB Scripting is a plus
- Knowledge of Commercial Card functionality is a plus
