#1) SAP MDM Architect JD *Cleaveand, OH JOB DESCRIPTION:* - Solution Architects assess a project’s technical feasibility, as well as implementation risks. - They are responsible for designing and implementing a project’s technical architecture. - They define the structure of a system, its interfaces, and the principles that guide its organization, software design and implementation - The scope of the Solution Architect’s role is bounded by the business issue at hand. - A Solution Architect needs to have knowledge of all the different aspects of the technical solution as well as robust business knowledge. - This includes the Software Architect. *Required Skills and Experience:* - You are responsible for designing and validating a complex architecture and ensuring its successful implementation. - You should be able to identify and challenge several IT scenarios by taking into account the business environment. - You work as a stream lead at CIO/CTO level in major client organizations. - You lead Capgemini operations relating to market development and/or service delivery excellence. - You are seen as a role model in your community. - Certification: TOGAF-9 level 2; or IAF level 2. - Should be master in Functional Architecture Design and Architecture Knowledge and Financial Analysis. - Should have experience in Business Knowledge, Software Engineering Leadership, Technical Solution Design, Negotiating, Change Management and Continuous (Service) Improvement. - Should be proficient in Business Analysis. *Data Architect:* - Program level lead (cuts across JDA / SAP / Custom / Legacy) - Will be 2 in a Box with a Program level Business Data Czar(s) - Will be part of Solution Architect Team - Will have SPOCs in each team (D2S, CP2C, F2M, OTC, BD2S, Sol Arch, tech Arch) - Ensure Data alignment & Integration between teams - Provide Direction to Teams on overall Master Data Design (detail design is team responsibility) - Drives Organization of Data Structure across Business Processes *The Data Czar will lead execution of:* - Data Quality Assessments - Data Standards across Packages - Design Data (Sources of Data) across Technologies - Design Data needs for each test cycles - Govern Data Conversion Plan / Data Quality Targets per Data Load Cycle - Define future Data Governance and support OCM - Identify / classify Data attributes into Centrally Managed v/s Team Managed #2) SAP APO Architect 10 months east coast SCM INTEGRATION LEAD Description • Provide the knowledge and guidance on the business planning processes and SCM solution integration across various functions including Demand Planning, Supply Network Planning, Production planning and detail scheduling, and GATP. • Validate that the business planning integration functional designs for SCM 7.0 meet the overall business process integration requirements and are consistent with the Design. • Identify commonalities and standardization in the interfaces between SCM and ECC application components. • Identify cross-team dependencies early in the project life cycle across SCM functionality and integration areas. • Participate and facilitate Joint Application Design sessions with SCM interfacing application teams to ensure cross-team communication and collaboration. • Work with the Business process leads and architects to create a high-level design of an end-to-end integration solution by: 1) defining the flow between SCM and other systems that must be integrated, 2) mapping business process activities to the applications that support them, and 3) oversee a data object model that provides a common structure for mapping the data between SCM, and ECC. • Work closely with the business process Architects and users to confirm the integration requirements identified. • Assess the impact of the integration requirements to the technical architecture and specify the integration service requirements. • Validate that SCM requirements meet overall business process needs, are within the project scope, and are internally consistent. • Validate that the integration solution and integration architecture designs for SCM utilize the integration architecture components appropriately.
