Please help me with updated resume ASAP…………. *Reply to a...@sqlnsystems.com <a...@sqlnsystems.com>* Role: Technical Business Analyst Location: Jersey City, New Jersey Duration: 6+ months *Responsibilities:* - Serves as a liaison between the developers and the application support teams in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs. - Possesses an understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile), technological trends and uses this knowledge to bring solutions to technology units supported to enhance the enterprise's competitive edge. - May make recommendations for buy versus build decision. - Analyzes business partner's operations to understand their strengths and weaknesses to determine opportunities to automate processes and functions. - Assists in the business process redesign and documentation as needed for new technology. - Translates high level business requirements into functional specifications for the IT organization and manages changes to such specifications. - Negotiates agreements and commitments by facilitating communication between developers and IT operations and support teams from initial requirements to final implementation. - May involve analyzing IT security processes. - Will assist application support and Operations lead with procedural followups with vendor management, procurement and order processing statuses for critical projects. *Required Skills:* - SDLC - SharePoint content organization - MS Office proficiency (including pivot tables in Excel) - Authoring BRDs - Wireframes - Traceability matrix - Excellent writing, communication and organizing skills - Ability to work with multiple managers. *Required Education/Experience:* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent proven IT experience with IT certifications, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field or equivalent work experience and 3-5 years of relevant technical or business work experience.
