*Job Summary: *

The person should have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Performs routine tasks under the direct supervision of Senior Manager.
Independent problem-solving, self-direction. Worked in a global IT
infrastructure environment. Experienced with day to day Admin task like
verification of systems and networks, system backups, network issues and
handling Help Desk calls. Also must be proficient in resolving issues
pertaining to communication devices like iPhone, iPad and other similar
devices. Ability to work in fast paced environment and independently at
multi locations.





Essential Job Functions and Requirement:

•             Systems associate to take help desk calls from users.

•             Primary function is to help users with their systems and
applications related issues.

•             Configure pc and laptop systems for regular and Regulatory
Compliance network as per company standard for all users.

•             Help users in setting up and resolution of issues relating to
communication devices like iPhone, iPad, phone systems and other similar
devices.

*•             Troubleshoot network issues, user’s pc, laptop, printers*
and other peripherals.

•             Help users with desktop applications, like *MS Office,
Internet Explorer, and Lotus Notes etc.*

•             Must be able to create and perform computer validation as per
CFR Part 11 in GMP environment for example systems like Waters Empower.

•             Must be *able to write SOP’s*

•             Manage and troubleshoot Video conferencing systems

•             Maintain software and hardware inventory.

•             Create and maintain IT related documents and procedures and
SOP’s.

•             Maintain and monitor IP Phone systems and other task as
assigned.

•             Help other offices when required

•             Preferred Pharmaceutical company experience
