Working in an Agile software development environment, this position requires a broad range of skills and the ability to work within a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment with changing needs. · Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field from an accredited university, or has acquired core software development skills and knowledge via practical experience · Candidate should have at least 5+ years of experience in .NET, C#, ASP.NET Web Forms, MVC, SOAP, REST, Web API, WCF, LINQ, Entity Framework, NUnit or any other Unit Testing Framework, Ajax.NET, SQL Server, T-SQL, XML, JSON,SAML and PING Federate · Experience in design/development in enterprise applications / SaaS Product development · Experience in SSO implementation · Experience in design / developing frameworks · Cloud experience (Azure/AWS) · Very good experience in applying service oriented design patterns · Strong aptitude, analytical skills, technical troubleshooting skills · Knowledge of current industry trends and best practices, especially on Microsoft platform · Good exposure to SDLC methodology and best practices/tools · Experience working in an onsite-offshore model and leading / guiding the offshore resources · Strong understanding of complete SDLC · Ability to articulate technical topics to both technical and non-technical audience · Excellent communication, presentation skills and technical documentation skills. · Experience in Benefits administration functionality will be an advantage · Experience in Agile Scrum methodology · Demonstrated increasing responsibilities including the ability to develop significant software projects. · Design our RESTful web service, including the API end points, internal layouts, and data managements schemes · Observe, limit, and secure API access so that it is always highly-available · Work with external client real-time data systems and third-party APIs Having all of the below would be preferred, but we can also divide up the talent and try to get all of the following covered across 3 people: 1.
