The Senior CMDB Data Analyst will primarily serve in support of the current CMDB and working with the project team on expanding the CMDB across the infrastructure and end points (desktops/mobile devices etc.) Proactive data analysis and mapping and understanding metadata is critical. Providing consulting on reactive, proactive and enhancement support services, as well as testing services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy of Configuration Items (CIs) and their respective relationships. They will support process, technology, audit and security architecture requirements of the company and support the standards established by the IT organization. *The candidate must have experience in CMDB, IT Change Control and demonstrate an understanding of infrastructure CIs and the framework of integrations.
