Please see full job details below: Participates in analysis, planning and performance of quality engineering activities to assure the quality of products prior to release to CDK customers. Develop and execute Test Plans, Test Cases, Test applications/utilities. Assist with providing training and guidance, both to QA staff, and other departments within the company. Provide high level, specific, customer assistance when needed. Assist QA Lead Engineer with liaison between QA project team, outside contractors and internal company areas in coordinating QA responsibilities in the QA testing cycles and the product development life cycle. Validate problems with products reported by customers and developers. Enter, review and update software defects in defect tracking database as required. Assist with project status reports. Promote Quality Assurance methods and procedures to other departments. Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum of two years experience working in QA Department. Minimum of two years formal Quality Assurance experience. College degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience in Software Quality Assurance. Good general understanding of standard Quality Assurance theories, procedures & practices. In-depth software technical experience. Good working knowledge of networks. High degree of accuracy and attention to detail in his/her work. Excellent organizational skills. Excellent written communication skills.
