Title: Project Manager Location: TX Duration: Long term *Job description:* *Required skills.* · Skill in planning, developing, initiating, managing and coordinating the development of information system projects; developing detailed project plans, including: resource allocation, feasibility studies, project schedules, work plans, budgets, cost estimates, status reports, risk management plans, communication plans, project planning deliverables and project reports · Skill in reviewing, monitoring, and evaluating project deliverables and quality; Ability to communicate project status and explain project methodology and processes to project stakeholders; Skill in identifying potential project risks and designs strategies to mitigate them; and evaluating outcomes and output of team members · Experience in one of the following fields: business analysis, information technology operations, project management of technical projects, system analysis or system design · Knowledge of system development life cycle methodology and project management industry standards and best practices · Experience coordinating the activities of information system development teams with other project managers, technical teams and vendors; Ability to attend, facilitate and participate in project meetings to communicate and stay informed on issues that may impact projects; Skill in preparing and delivering presentations, briefings, and proposals for management · Experience in the development and maintenance of information technology processes, policies, standards, and procedures · Skill in planning and organizing work to meet goals and complete multiple assignments without compromising accuracy; Skill in articulate and effective oral and written communication, consensus building, and persuasive leadership · *Project Management Institute certification, eg.
