Expert with 5+ years' experience maintaining application server systems software packages on an ongoing basis to remain at recommended release level and to resolve problems in order to maintain system stability. Experience working with Citrix, IIS and FTP. Strong knowledge of MS Windows 2008/2012, Active Directory, the intricacies of its configuration, as well as application and system integration. Strong knowledge maintaining and communicating implementation schedules for the application of corrective software maintenance, to resolve known problems and maintain overall server stability. Skills in monitoring server, storage, and application utilization data.
