Set top box testing + Python ( Preferred) *Testing Job Description* • Analyzing requirements, writing/reviewing/executing test cases. Report defects. • Exploring Engineering builds, Analyzing & Debugging through Error logs • Perform Functional/Integration and automation testing of set top box • STB Testing, Testing tools like CQ, HPQC, Jira. • Understanding of IP video is a plus. *SKILLS* • Operating Systems: GNU/Linux, UNIX, Microsoft Windows • Programming languages: C, C++, .Net, HTML5, Java Script, Perl, Python, Browser Plugins • Networking Understanding: DLNA, DTCP-IP, DRM, TR-069, TCP/IP • Networking tools: Ethereal, Wireshark. • Database: SQLite, PL/SQL • Ability to debug complicated system-level issues, multi-task, and work under project pressure. • Quick learning aided with strong analytical and problem solving skills • Should be a team player added with good written and oral communication skills • Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle • Hands on testing by executing test cases Please share updated resume to ch...@oslosolutions.com (We appreciate your references to this position.
