DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

Client requires the services of one Developer Analyst, hereafter referred
to as Worker(s), who meets the general qualifications of *Developer Analyst
3 Category, Emerging Technology Type* and the specifications outlined in
this document .



TWC is currently using PeopleSoft Financials version 9.2 as its accounting
system.  TWC runs a modified version of the Centralized Accounting and
Payroll/Personnel System (CAPPS) baseline from the Comptroller of Public
Accounts.  It consists of PeopleSoft Financials baseline, Texas statewide
modifications made by the Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA), and TWC
specific modifications.



TWC uses the following modules in PeopleSoft Financials:  General Ledger
(including Commitment Control), Accounts Payable, Accounts
Receivable/Billing, Purchasing and Asset Management.  TWC uses an Oracle
database and AIX servers.




II.WORKER SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Experience implementing/upgrading PeopleSoft ERP systems

Technical support to implement, upgrade to or maintain PeopleSoft
Financials version 8.8 or higher

Implementing/upgrading or maintaining the PeopleSoft Financial system at
the Texas Workforce Commission.

   1.

Designing, implementing/upgrading, or maintaining Integrated Statewide
Administrative System (ISAS)

   1.

Designing, implementing/upgrading, or maintaining ProjectONE / Centralized
Accounting and Payroll/Personnel System (CAPPS Financials)







*III.       TERM OF SERVICE*

Services expect to start as soon as possible and are expected to be
completed by October 31, 2016 or when total hours estimated on work order
have been depleted, whichever occurs first.  Total estimated Worker hours
shall not exceed 2016 hours per worker.  This service may be amended,
renewed and/or extended and hours added upon mutual written agreement of
the parties.  Unused hours may be rolled over from one fiscal year to the
next as necessary.
