The SharePoint Administrator will be the primary liaison between the application development, support and infrastructure teams. The individual in this role will provide and support both logical and physical architecture for a multi-farm environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Provide support both logical and physical architecture for a multi-farm environment • Provide and support security, access and authentication methodologies and tools • Provide and governance policies and procedures including change management, perform an assessment of design changes and impact • Manage permissions and restrict and revoke access where necessary • Setup and manage alerts to monitor activity on business and operational information as required • Configure and manage alerts to monitor activity on business and operational information as required • Configuration and management of integration services including BCS, Managed Metadata Services and the use of ESB and/or SOA technologies • Configure and maintain workflows (custom developed and out of the box) • Configuration and Management of Service Applications such as Excel, Visio or Workflow Manager services • Familiarity with content migration tools, Quest a bonus • Create and maintain environment and support documentation for end-users and administrators • Coordination with offshore technical personnel to assist in the resolution of problems • Support and integrate SharePoint technologies • Support development team throughout development, QA and UAT testing and production rollouts. Maintain application integration and supporting technologies • Develop and maintain technical standards, procedures and techniques for the resolution of system problems to ensure maximum system availability and performance levels • Create and execute PowerShell scripts to administer SharePoint • Manage existing content for SharePoint User Resource Center (URC) including contribution of documentation, known errors, databases and knowledge base article creation as required • Provide Subject Matter Experts (SME) level expertise and address incident escalations from support • Configure, maintain and report on web analytics in SharePoint Farm • Work and deliver results under defined Service Level Agreements (SLA's) and deadlines • Provide end-user support by utilizing interpersonal skills to communicate with and instruct end-users on SharePoint products and technologies • Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications Required: • Associate's degree , Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred • Minimum 3 years of experience with building, configuring and administering multi-tier SharePoint 2010 farms • Experience in administering SharePoint 2013 farms • Skilled using PowerShell to administrate SharePoint • Experience working with SharePoint in VMware or virtualized environment • Minimum of 6 years of IT professional/Technical experience with Microsoft Technologies • Working knowledge of specialized field of SharePoint Server, Active Directory, and Windows Server Technologies • Working knowledge of a specialized field of SharePoint Server, Active Directory and Windows Server Technologies • Fundamental knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Outlook • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft SQL Server • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure • Practical understanding of Networking, DNS and Load Balancers • Advanced knowledge of TFS • Experience with Identity Management Systems, Quest One a plus Technical Skills: • Microsoft SharePoint 2010/2013 • Electronic content management/document management system • Microsoft Office Professional Suite 2007 or later • Team Foundation Server • Microsoft SQL • Microsoft Visio or comparable application • Understanding of relational databases Interpersonal Skills: • Must be independent, self-motivated, goal-oriented, people-oriented and have a high energy level • Proven relationship building skills • Commitment to and record of strong customer service • Attention to detail and proven ability to follow through • Strong analytical, organizational and problem solving capabilities • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities • Is independent and self-motivated requiring minimal supervision • Excellent oral and written communication skills Thanks & Regards, Sony Singh E-Solutions Inc 2 N.
