Job Title: Salesforce Consultant Location: Irvine, CA Duration: 6 + Months Contract Need USC or GC or EAD GC only. Job Description: The Salesforce Analyst will be responsible for configuration, reporting, training, support, maintenance, and overall improvement of the Concerto Health Salesforce platform. To accomplish this, the analyst will partner closely with IT, Sales Teams, Client Teams, Operational Teams and other teams to understand business needs and provide automated solutions. Responsibilities: Serve as a key subject matter expert on complex and/or critical business issues and processes with particular emphasis on CRM systems and sales processes Solve complex problems and develops innovative solutions related to the CRM platforms utilized by the business segments supported Gather requirements and write detailed user stories for the development of additional CRM system functionality Works closely with customers/clients in order to map and support their operational needs. Design, develop and test Salesforce.com screen layouts, campaigns, fields, business rules (validations and workflow) and reports to support business requirements Perform analysis, administration, troubleshooting, and testing as needed Interface with Salesforce.com executives to design optimal solutions for Concerto. Design and deliver Salesforce training documents as needed. Coordinate with other IT team members to integrate with other systems Required Qualifications: 7+ years of Salesforce.com administration and customization 2+ years working on implementations of the Salesforce.com application Intermediate level of proficiency in Salesforce.com administrative tasks such as creating user profiles, roles, custom objects, custom fields, page layouts, workflow rules, validation rules, reports, dashboards Experience with data management and relational database design and familiarity with data formats, table joins, ETL, etc. Demonstrable business process knowledge of Sales and Marketing Ability to translate business requirements into technical deliverables Bachelor degree required or at least 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area Strong written and verbal communication Demonstrated ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills and ability to balance multiple priorities Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative, team based environment Thanks & Regards, *Mohan Ganti* Mail: mohan.ga...@somasoftsol.com *Disclaimer: We respect your Online Privacy.
