Functional Lead (Data Analytics) Los Angles, CA 12 Months Contract *ONLY GC/USC* This position provides leadership and support for SoCalGas’s Customer Operations and Customer Solutions ICDA (Integrated Customer Data Analytics) strategic project. Under the leadership of the ICDA Business Project Manager, the Functional Lead is responsible for leading SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle) activities pertaining to the functionality of analytics tools. Such activities include and are not limited to leading requirements gathering, testing and troubleshooting efforts of the analytics projects and collaborating with cross functional teams comprised of client groups, data scientists and IT organizations. ICDA is a strategic initiative designed to transform the way SoCalGas utilizes data to manage its business. ICDA goal is to enable easier access to accurate and timely customer data through the use of analytical tools to make more efficient decisions. *Key Responsibilities: * • Lead business and systems functional requirements activities. • Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with both technical and non-technical audiences to identify enhancements to existing data visualization tools (reports, dashboards) and analytics solutions. • Measure the effectiveness of processes and perform root-cause analysis of business problems using data analytics • Architect new data analytics business solutions and operational KPI metrics to improve business processes • Lead testing, defect triage and defect and enhancement prioritization activities throughout multiple phases and releases of analytics projects, including post implementation • Consult with data stewards, data governance staff and IT to provide expert knowledge of customer data structures, data integrity, data definitions, and data elements within the Customer Data Warehouse and related analytic tools. *Qualifications: * • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Management, Operations Research, Quantitative Social Sciences, Management Science or Market Sciences or equivalent experience required. • Experience/knowledge of quantitative methods is highly desirable ( e.g., Applied Mathematics, Operations Research, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Management Science, Decision Sciences, Economics, Econometrics, etc.) • Minimum 3 years of functional lead experience • Minimum of 10 years working as a Business Systems Analyst implementing requirements for large scale projects • Project Management Certification is a plus. *Waiting for your response…* Best Regards *Ravi Nigam* 978-558-4666 EXT 101 *TekNavigators* 8875 Hidden River Parkway Suite 300 Tampa, FL 33637 DISCLAIMER: This message and any attachments are solely for the use of the individual or entity to which it is addressed and may contain information that is privileged or confidential.
