BA Quincy, MA 6+ Months Contract *Phone the F2F* Under the direction of E-Onboarding (EON) Project Manager and Sr. Business Analyst with the primary responsibility of leading the technical requirements development effort, the Candidate will: - Define and develop business requirements - Define and develop functional specifications for enhancing an existing system in accordance with agile software development methodology - Be responsible for conducting feasibility study of existing system - Be responsible for integration analysis with existing enterprise applications * Responsibilities:* Provide business analysis and process redesign expertise; interact with business partners to clearly define and document User Stories Facilitate and clarify customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements Gather requirements for IT Development by conducting interviews, work flow analysis, process analysis, and observation sessions Facilitate collaborative system and data design sessions with the user community, technical architecture resources and development resources Understand systemic data requirements as they relate to system reports Define precise and accurate User Story acceptance criteria that will be used by developers, and by product owners to ensure that product owner intent is effectively captured Triage and troubleshoot complex user-reported system defects; assist in various system trouble shooting and balancing and correction efforts including analysis, verification and validation of issues and fixes Demonstrate high level of subject matter expertise in functional area to bridge business requirements and IT Solutions; provide technical direction and ensure compliance with best practice solutions. Develop functional test plans and user acceptance test plans and scenarios Utilize ClearQuest for defect tracking; and QA Test Tools such as Rational Quality Manager (RQM) Job Access with Speech (JAWS) Screen Reader for ADA Compliance (required as part of integration testing) Participate in daily Agile and sprint planning meetings *Qualifications:* Bachelors degree required 5+ years of BA experience with strong emphasis on new software development.
