Let me know if you have consultants at higher rates. *Healthcare Project Manager* · Review and management of project scope within matrixed teams with competing priorities. The ability to understand, interpret, and influence results from a variety of technologists without direct-line reporting is a must. · Management of project tasks, durations, resources and schedules using a combination of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel. Expectations include the ability to logically create a work breakdown structure based on understanding of processes and requirements. · Creation and management of project budget using a combination of tools and templates. Forecasting and Tracking will both be requirements at varying levels of detail. · Full maintenance of project status reporting across scope, schedule, budget, risk, issues, actions, and identification of escalations where needed. Being able to cater messages to differing levels of management is a requirement. · Interface and communicate with widely-matrixed project teams to manage expectations and deliverables.
