*Position: INFORMATICA DEVELOPER* *Location: 6-12 months* *Location: Horsham, PA (Locals Only)* *MUST IN-PERSON INTERVIEW* - 5 years of in-depth knowledge of and experience with the Informatica PowerCenter, Power Exchange, Data Profiling option as a designer & developer. - 5 years experience in data warehousing. - High proficiency in understanding relational and dimensional data models. Familiarity with data modeling and associated tools. - Experience with Oracle 10/11g or other RDBMS. - Expert knowledge of structured query language (Oracle SQL) and PL/SQL including the use of SQL editors, stored procedures, database triggers and optimizing SQL statements. - Proficient with AIX operating system and UNIX scripting. - Strong strategic skills, the ability to lead in the adoption of ETL technologies, standards and best practices. - Deductive logic, complex problem solving and excellent trouble shooting skills. - Experience with COGNOS BI/ ReportNet, Powerplay development is a plus. - Experience with Informatica Web services / message queue option preferred. - Experience with Mainframe VSAM files is a plus. - Experience with XML and ACORD is a plus. - Prefer working knowledge of the life insurance or financial services industry.
