*Duration: 18 months *



*Job Description:*

Client is seeking a *Support Engineer for an 18-month project.*  You will
act as the final point of escalation and resolution for technical support.
This person will provide advanced technical support to developers,
corporate customers and end users for complex products, including highly
escalated issues.  You will provide support via telephone, written
correspondence, and electronic media, and may act as technical lead and
provide technical training, coaching, and mentoring to other engineers.
You may provide limited consulting to internal or external customers, and
research technical documents and feature lists.



This person will be responsible for delivering *Microsoft Exchange support*
for a Premier and Professional customers. The ideal candidate should have
at least 3-5 years’ experience with Exchange.  This candidate should
possess a solid working knowledge of enterprise messaging administrative
concepts (installation, disaster recovery process, database utilities,
public folder replication, FSMO role holders, and OWA and Front End/Back
End knowledge) and has expertise with *Microsoft Exchange Server*
2007/2010/2013, Windows client, Windows Server, Active Directory, and
Mobile device technologies.
