(Added Advantage) • 24*5 Network Security Operations support • Respond to all the Change Request/Incidents assigned to Network Security Operations team within the defined SLA and close the ticket after the client confirmation • Troubleshooting and resolution for the reported incidents. • Resolve SNCS - standard /Adhoc change request • Firewall Migrations & Deployments • Firewall Software/Hardware upgrades • Firewall High Availability configuration • Co-ordinate, resolve complex issues related to hardware failure and network security • Commissioning and de-commissioning of Network components • Assist Chevron SME team in Problem Management and RCA Analysis. • Assist Chevron SME team in migrating Cisco Firewalls to Palo Alto Firewall • Follow Change Control submission and approval processes • High degree of analytical ability and creativity in resolving Security problems. • Proactive Monitoring of IRSM assets (Cisco/Juniper/Palo Alto Firewalls/F5) availability using Spectrum/CAPC • Ensure IRM compliance *Work Experience Requirements:-* • Candidate should have in depth knowledge of all aspects of Cisco Firewalls, VPN Technology & TCP/IP Networking Knowledge. • Well versed in WAN, LAN, TCP/IP, firewall, IPS alerting and Network Security support. • Able to work independently and respond quickly to critical issues. • Knowledge of Cisco To Palo Alto Migration, Working experience with Juniper/Palo Alto Firewalls (Added Advantage) • Network Analyst should have basic capabilities or be familiar with the following platforms/technology: • Network Management Systems (e.g. Solarwinds, Voyence, NetQoS) • Routing (Static route, EIGRP, OSPF, & BGP) • Certifications preferred such as CCNA/CCNP Security • Good Attitude and problem solving skills • Customer service skills: A Network Management Systems Analyst must exhibit excellent customer service skills. • Ability to learn quickly: This is a diverse role, with room for knowledge growth. The ability to learn both in depth and breadth is important. • Accountability: A Network Management Systems Analyst must understand incident/problem ownership. Must be willing to be fully accountable for incident/problem ownership beyond regular business hours. • Process/Procedure: Must understand the importance of producing, maintaining, and following documented processes and procedures. • Communication skills: Good communication skills are paramount.
