Position: Lead Salesforce Developer
Location: San Ramon, CA (video conferencing interview will work)
Type: 6+ month contract to hire (h1b is okay)

integrations for external partners. The manager likes to see salesforce
certifications, DEV 401 and Platform as well. *

*Position Summary*

This position will lead, recommend, design, implement, and test solutions
for our Commercial Banking products including loan origination and Cash
Management.  We're looking for top-notch, energetic talent to keep up with
the industry's momentum and lead web development, business-to-business
integration, programming, engineering and more.

*Main Areas of Responsibility*

1.       Lead and evolve our Cash management solutions.

2.       Identify, propose, evaluate, estimate, and drive solutions with a
combination of vendor products and custom software.

3.       Drive software evaluations, solution architecture, technical
designs and security designs to support growing business needs while
thoroughly considering the system impact.

4.       Lead projects from idea to implementation.

5.       Proactively lead vendors and engineers to deliver high quality
products with minimal defects.

6.       Learn new technologies that best deliver Cash management platform.

7.       Integrate complex web, middleware, and back end systems.

8.       Ensure projects are realistic, interesting, and fun for everyone
involved.

*Required Education*

·         Bachelor's degree required with 7-10 years of industry experience.

*Professional Required Experience*

·         Experience in product development for banking, trading, or
payment applications

·         Experience in business-to-business communication and integration

·         Experience in Salesforce.com (SFDC) configuration, development,
and implementation of Apex classes, Triggers, Visual Force, Force.com IDE,
S-Controls, SOQL and SOSL

·         Expertise in SFDC Integration via web services and Apex
programming, and data migration

·         Salesforce.com developer certification is preferred

·         Deep technical knowledge in systems, application frameworks,
performance tuning, database optimization, and experience being solely
responsible for the success of software development projects

·         Ability to think on your feet, present multiple solution options,
and drive defect free products

·         Superior troubleshooting skills in solving complex technical
issues under pressure

·         Proven record interpreting and fulfilling requirements by
developing high performing, scalable and maintainable solutions with
multiple technologies and vendors

·         Hands-on experience with SDLC methodologies and best practices
including Rational Unified Process, Agile, deployment automation, code
reviews, and test driven development

o    Java Eclipse

o    Experience Configuring Third Party Vendor Software
