*Duration:* 12 Months plus *Requirements:* · Experienced in Life Sciences / Pharma Domain · Experienced in Quality and Compliance sub-domains. · Experience in handling System divesture and Integration. · Trained / Certified in TrackWise configuration, Business rules and Workflow. · Hands on Experience in Oracle, PL/SQL · Preferable experience is Crystal Reports / Cognos reporting tool – used in conjunction with TrackWise · Familiarity / Exposure to TrackWise upgrades to newer versions and created Installation Verification Instruction document. · Familiarity / Exposure to TrackWise and Database Patching · Ability to lead and engage with customers. · Ability to lead and guide offshore teams · Expertise in GDP, Estimation Techniques and Communication Protocols (Customer and Vendor). · Ability to perform following activities in TrackWise System Eco System · Installation / Configuration of TrackWise®. · Manage System Availability and Major Incident (Outage) Management · L1 (SOP Based Tasks) / L2 (Complex) and L3 (Changes) level of Incident and Request Resolution. · Security and User Access Request Management (UARs) · Execute Trackwise Change Requests (Minor Enhancements). · Drive Problem Management with RCA, CA and PA working with Sparta Systems and other support groups. · Perform Daily and Monthly maintenance activities identified for the system · Performance Management · Tools / Automation for application monitoring and self-heal. · Coordinate and Perform OS Patches and DB Upgrades. · Perform Licensing and Capacity Analysis for the software and hardware environments (Tooling) · Process Champ and Process Improvements. · Perform Data Changes, as needed. · Manage Performance Expectations and Recommendations · Contribute to DR&BC Planning and Execution. *Thanks & Regards* *Ashok Mylabathula* Oslo Solutions LLC.
