The Sr. .NET Developer Analyst participates in the full development life cycle of business software including design, development, unit/load testing, deployment and maintenance of a software system and implementation of business software for the enterprise. Provides expertise in one or more programming specialties such as server-side web presentation technologies. Main Duties & Responsibilities: • Analyzes, designs, and builds component-based application in a Web/internet delivery environment. • Designs and develops software systems, using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcome and consequences of design. • Writes software programming applications working on new and existing applications along with enhancements to web sites, web applications, and infrastructure. • Modifies existing software to correct errors, to adapt it to new hardware or to upgrade interfaces and improve performance • Works with Business Systems Analysts to ensure programming code meets business requirements. • Monitors functioning of equipment to ensure system operates in conformance with specifications. • Consults with engineering staff to evaluate interface between hardware and software, develops specifications and performance requirements and resolves customer problems. • Coordinates installation of software system. • Solid experience in OOP using C# and JavaScript programming languages. • Solid experience in website development and knowledge of Bootstrap, AngularJS, HMTL, and CSS. • Solid experience in web service development and knowledge of WCF. • Solid experience in API development and knowledge of ASP.NET Web API. • Solid experience with SQL, MS SQL Server 2005+, and T-SQL programming language. • Solid experience with Visual Studio 2012, .NET Framework, and TFS. • Knowledge of N-Tier architectures, scalability, integration issues and an understanding of service-oriented and microservices architectures including MVC design pattern. • Experience with technologies such as HTML5, jQuery, Node.js, Yeoman, Grunt, and Bower a plus. • Experience with testing frameworks such as Selenium and Rhino Mocks a plus. • Experience with Neo4j graph database and Cypher query language a plus. • Experience with Windows Azure a plus. • Experience with AppFabric a plus. • Experience with MongoDB/NoSQL a plus. • Experience with an ORM (such as NHibernate or Entity Framework) a plus. • Experience with an Aspect Oriented Framework (such as Spring.NET or Postsharp) a plus. • Experience with Windows Workflow Foundation (WWF) a plus. • Experience with AutoMapper a plus. • Experience with Ext.NET or other third party controls a plus. • Experience with Agile development is a plus. • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure. • Ability to be careful and thorough with detail. • Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative environment. • Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing, fluently in English. • Ability to analyze Required Education/Experience: • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related discipline or equivalent work experience • 3+ years experience in managing application design, software development, maintenance and delivery • 2+ years experience with application servers information and use logic to address work related issues and problems. • Ability to present to a group.
