*POSITION: Certified Oracle HCM Consultant*

*LOCATION: Wilmington, DE *

*INTERVIEW: Phone, Skype/F2F*

*DURATION: 3 + months *



*Client is implementing Oracle HCM and they are in need of a high end
Oracle HCM consultant for 3 months to help the current team with the
implementation.  Candidate needs to be top level, Oracle Certified and able
to manage others through the process.  *



*- Should have a strong understanding of Oracle EBS and other Oracle
Applications*

   - *Previous experience with Powercenter/(PL/SQL)/Informatica*
   - *Technical Design Documentation knowledge*

 *Responsibilities include:*

   - *Ensure operational excellence of HCM applications and interfaces
   resulting in stable operations. Works closely with IT support staff
   responsible for database and infrastructure support.*
   - Deliver outcomes on large-scale projects, many global in nature, with
   the development of detailed project plans or task lists developed from
   customer input or project requirements and manages the internal resources
   as well as external consultants as required.
   - Develop and maintains a Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) for each major
   application, driving high value.
   - Negotiate contracts with external vendors, establishes statements of
   work and requirements for project needs, and manages contracts to ensure
   completion and delivery of services.
   - *Create and manage the HCM Technology annual roadmap taking current
   software functionality, industry trends, and IT principles into account.*



*Qualifications Include:*

   - *Bachelor’s Degree, B.A. or B.S.in <http://B.S.in> Information
   Technology with emphasis in Human Capital Management Resources or Business
   preferred*
   - *7+ years of demonstrated experience in HCM IT strategy, HR
   applications (talent, compensation and reporting), process, design,
   configuration, project management and general employee management
   experience*
   - *Oracle Fusion HCM implementation experience on Core HR, Compensation,
   Talent Management, Payroll and Benefits*
   - *Must have at least one end to end Oracle Cloud HCM Implementation
   experience*
   - *Management experience and/or project management experience*

*Required Skills:*

   - Strong Knowledge on Fusion Functional Setup Manager, Fusion
   Application security.
   - Global Human Resources (HR) (base setups to support benefits
   configuration)
   - *Background in Procedural Language/Structured Query Language (PL/SQL)
   and Fusion Middleware is preferred*
   - *Prior experience in Oracle Cloud Benefits Management (all aspects of
   Cloud Benefits configuration including setup of programs, plans,
   eligibility, fast formulas, rates, life events and Fusion Transaction
   Business Intelligence (BI), including total compensation statement
   generation).*
   - *Experience in Oracle Fusion Workflow/Alerts, Oracle Transactional
   Business Intelligence (BI)*
   - Integration experience with third party payroll processing services
   providers like ADP, Ceridian, etc.
   - *Ability to lead requirement gathering workshops, CRP, develop
   prototypes and map Business processes in Fusion Application.*
   - *Ability to conduct sessions with users to gather integration
   requirements, develop functional designs and coordinate with technical
   teams for the delivery of the same testing, training and supporting UAT
   cycles.*
   - *Configure the application to implement business requirements*
   - Work with IT and Business management to evaluate complex user
   requirements
