Managerial Skills: · P1 /P2 analysis of the incidents on weekly and monthly basis. · Shift Planning and maintaining leave tracker to ensure 24 * 7 support. · Reporting - Daily, Weekly and Monthly to be covered. SLA outlier’s and various reasons, additionally handling the new projects. · Worked as a Recovery Manager (RM) for escalation and issues in the Network. · Worked according to the Tickets in the clarify log .Trouble shooting the network ckt. · Coordinating with Field Tech and LEC Vendor for resolving the issues and closing the Ticket with required updated comments in the logs. Other Mandatory Skills: · Good communication skills (Written and Oral). · Good inter personal and client management skills. · Flexible and adaptable in meeting global delivery requirements. Experience: 8 years of experience in Telecom Domain, Ip Design and TNOC testing with overall experience in IT Operations, Networking & Incident Management.
