*Position: Jira Admin(Atlassian Products)* *Location: Irving,TX* *Duration: 6+ Months* Job Description: · Install, configure, maintain, administer, and enhance Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Jira with Zephyr), work with customers to enable Project workspace creation, custom workflows, fields, dashboards, and reports. · Create and manage complex components, including project workflows, screen schemes, permission schemes, and notification schemes, providing Atlassian tool support to client engagement teams, client users, and internal project teams. · Troubleshoot and triage support issues in a timely fashion to help meet any operational service-level agreements (SLAs) · Install, configure, maintain, administer, and enhance Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Jira with Zephyr), working with customers to enable Project workspace creation, custom workflows, fields, dashboards, and reports. · Manage support tickets for assistance requests, support, and general product questions, providing training and demos as needed · Engage closely with client administrators, including user license provisioning, system settings review, end user documentation, and system configuration based on internal product decisions and user feedback · Provide the management team with usage and adoption metrics, reports, and dashboards · Escalate issues to and build relationships with internal and vendor support teams, owning the interaction with them on support tickets · Build and own standard templates, JIRA reports, dashboards, and on-demand requirements from the project management office (PMO) and client engagement teams · Provide support as required to client administrators and users to ensure the success of implemented solutions · Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environments · Good interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written. *--* *Thanks and regards,* * Vicky Kumar || IT-SCIENT || Phone USA : (510) 516-7899 || Fax: 877.701.4872 || Email: vi...@itscient.com <vi...@itscient.com> || Web: www.itscient.com <http://www.itscient.com/> ||* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP Workflow" group.
