*Java DeveloperMinneapolis,MN6+ month contract(Possibility of extension)Start:ASAP* *Must have desktop applications development experience and Java 1.4, 1.6 and Swing.* This role will play a key part in revamping an existing global customer validation process. The significant update on the application will be used enterprise-wide to interface with newly designed customer aggregation features. The Developer must have experience developing *desktop applications using Java 1.4, 1.6 and Swing.* The client's system is running on a *legacy version* of *Java* and they need someone familiar with the *features* and *limitations *of this version of Java. You will be part of a* healthy strong team culture* with exceptional leadership. This resource should also have experience* interfacing from a Java desktop application* with *serial* and *parallel devices*, along with *windows printer devices.* The developer should have experience with *XML* and i *ntegrating* with *web services.* Preferred experience with *AT command sets is nice to have,* but not required.
