*Duration: 6 Months plus* *Green Cards & Citizen's only* *Job Responsibilities:* 1. Minimum 5 - 8 years of experience in administering and maintaining multiple SQL Server databases. 2. Experience in working with applications that are mission critical and require 24/7 uptime. 3. Thorough knowledge of SQL Server real-time replication, clustering, partitioning and mirroring. 4. Act as SQL Server subject matter expert for business leaders, end users and IT staff in the areas of database design, application an implementation. 5. Extensive experience in installation, configuration, backup and recovery of Microsoft SQL Server databases. 6. Knowledge of QNXT/CCA installation and configuration procedures. 7. Experience of working in Healthcare Payer Domain 8. Experience in Database performance metrics and proactively addressing performance concerns. 9. Perform capacity and resource planning / management. 10. Experience in resource planning/management and source control. 11. Experience in building and maintaining DEV, QA and PROD and Disaster Recovery environments. 12. Experience in troubleshooting issues and quickly resolve them in an efficient manner that minimizes downtime. 13. A team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong organizational skills. Must have a service-oriented attitude with excellent problem solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and highly focused are required. 14. Ability to thrive in a changing environment. Ability to manage multiple projects with multiple priorities. 15.
