*Job Description:*
· *Production Monitoring** (3 nos.)*
System Administrators having around 2-3 years of experience working in an
ERP environment (PeopleSoft) to provide normal business and after hours on
call support with the below mentioned skills.
Understanding and knowledge of UNIX, Windows and Databases.
Experience working with Autosys to Monitor and Schedule jobs, troubleshoot
job failures and issues, track job performances, prepare job metrics,
monitor
Basic PeopleSoft Financial /SCM knowledge. (Ideally, People who have worked
as senior users of PeopleSoft financials in addition to Technical Skills)
PeopleSoft queries, interacting with query users to identify changes and
develop process enhancements.
· *Production Support & Monitoring **(2 nos.)*
Experience in Workflow, tracing & debugging, Business unit
creation, very basic understanding of AM/GL/AR/BI/Project Costing/EPM.
Understanding of Unix/Windows and database (writing simple
queries) would be preferred.
Ability to provide production support and track issues and coordinate with
the customer base for resolution, status and documentation. Ability to
provide process enhancements.
Need not have deep expertise in configurations, setups ad functional
consulting.
