This person must have experience with Data conversion from Legacy to Oracle preferably Open AR Balance conversion, Open AR Receipt conversion, Open AP invoice conversion is required. Good understanding and knowledge of OTC (Order to Cash) and P2P (Procure to pay). At least have two full life cycle implementations of Oracle Financial modules GL, AP,AR in Release 11.5.10 and higher, must have experience with SQL, PL/SQL , UNIX and UNIX Scripting is required.
