Job Title: Solaris 9/10 Sys Admin
Location: Fort Worth, TX
Duration: 9 month (convert to PERM based on performance)
Job Description:
Perform day to day support on the server like administration, maintenance, upgrade of OS, supporting Hardware problems co-ordination with Vendors, performing Security related controls and checks.
Job Requirements:
· Strong experience in Solaris 9/10 and Veritas.
· Experience with AIX, Solaris, Linux
· Experience on Client Backup tools
· Trouble shooting server based problems with root cause analysis
· Knowledge & Experience of managing complex tasks like :- File / Directory Permissions- Logical Volume Manager- OS & layered product Installation- Patch Management Planning & Installation - Creating WMI Scripts for Automating the manual tasks.
· Knowledge of Storage, Networking and backup devices
· Understanding of trouble shooting & Server based Commands
