Principal responsibilities include the planning, requirements, design, coding, testing, debugging, system integration, and documenting of software components of complex, multi-tier government systems. *Years of Relevant Experience:* 8 plus years Preferred Education: 4 year college degree or equivalent technical study with advanced study preferred. *Role Description*: This is a programming position that requires technical aptitude in full lifecycle development in C# and ASP.NET. They must be a fast learner with excellent communication and problem solving skills, and able to work with minimal supervision as part of a multidisciplinary team. This position is a Sr. developer and will be require at times to mentor junor staff on industry best practices. This consultant should have extensive experience commensurate with ADVANCED technical capabilities in development of new systems and applications. A qualified candidate will have prior experience with Webservices and Database design as an application programmer.
